Kendra Low, CEO & Co-Founder

Kendra Low has over 15 years of experience working in corporate and sustainability governance. An experienced corporate secretary, corporate and sustainability governance professional and business strategist, she has advised boards and managed the governance function for publicly-traded, private and not-for-profit organizations through different phases of organizational growth including start-up, financing and development. She is the founder and principal of a private corporate governance consulting firm that has worked with large energy, pulp & paper, and mining companies in addition to a host of smaller not-for-profit organizations. She has been and continues to serve as a director and/or officer of a number of public companies. Kendra holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC.

Robert Kiesman, Co-Founder

Robert Kiesman is a private business owner and corporate lawyer who specialized in securities law and mergers & acquisitions from 2009 to 2017 with Stikeman Elliott LLP in Vancouver. While at Stikeman, he advised clients on private and public acquisition files, financings restructurings and general governance matters. He has served as board chairman of the Steveston Harbour Authority since 2014, and until 2021, served as the Vice Chair of the board and Chair of the Governance Committee of the Provincial Health Services Authority, a public health authority with an annual budget of $4 billion. He is an experienced director and officer of a number of public companies, including as Chairman of Plurilock Security Inc. (TSX-V: PLUR), a cybersecurity company based in Victoria, BC and as Corporate Secretary of Skeena Resources Limited (NYSE:SKE). He was also the CEO and Promoter of FTC Cards Inc., a reporting issuer that recently completed a reverse takeover of Beyond Oil Ltd. of Israel (CSE:BOIL), a company that he is now serving as an independent director. Robert has a law degree from UBC and a BA in Political Studies from Trinity Western University.

Denise Pilla, Corporate & Administrative Clerk

Denise Pilla is responsible for regulatory filings and administrative support at Vancouver Corporate Solutions. She is also the Office Manager of Valley Personnel, the largest full-service employment agency in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia. She has years of experience in office administration and management and is an invaluable support for all of Vancouver Corporateā€™s valued clients, including serving as Corporate Secretary of Emergent Metals Corp. (TSXV:EMR) and Beyond Oil Ltd (CSE: BOIL). Denise has a business administration diploma from the University of the Fraser Valley and is currently completing the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
